By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this Site, submitting an application, or clicking any button signaling acceptance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Tester Hub Media LLC operates Start as a Tester — an online platform that connects US households with brands and partner platforms seeking honest, real-world product feedback. Through the Site, you can apply to join our panel and, if selected, may be invited to participate in testing opportunities across categories such as home, kitchen, lifestyle, and beauty.

3.2 How the program works

Application: Submit your contact details through the form on the Site.
Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming we received your application.
Review & matching: Our team reviews submissions and matches profiles with active campaigns.
Email invitation: If selected, you will be contacted by email with next steps and any qualifying questions.
Testing & feedback: Qualifying members may receive products to evaluate and may be asked to provide honest feedback.

Important — please read:

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the panel or into any specific testing campaign.
Receipt of any product is not guaranteed and depends on availability, profile matching, and campaign-specific eligibility set by partners.
You may be required to complete additional verification or qualification steps to participate in specific campaigns.
We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of any third-party partner platform you choose to engage with.
Compensation, gifts, or free products are not part of every campaign and are subject to partner discretion.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
Submit only one application per person; do not register under multiple identities or email addresses.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems.
Not use the Site to harvest data, send spam, or carry out any automated scraping or abuse.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and partner-specific rules during any testing activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TESTER HUB MEDIA LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.00.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tester Hub Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and other applicable communications laws. You may opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, replying "STOP" to any SMS message, or contacting hello@startastester.top.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
